Do keep in mind that the Postal office may lose your letter, so backing the info up somehow (for example making a scan and storing it in your own personal folder), serves two purposes. 1. It shall be safe and 2. If you share said personal folder with your GM they can have a sneak into what is happening. My spidey senses tell me this would be most useful!
